TheSiteLauncher ("we," "us") builds custom websites for small businesses in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what we do with it.
When you fill out a mockup request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any details you add about your business.

We use the information you submit to build your free mockup, follow up with you about it, and deliver the website if you decide to move forward. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Form submissions are processed through Netlify, the platform that hosts this site and handles form delivery. Netlify's privacy policy governs how they handle that data on our behalf. We don't share your information with any other third party.
We keep mockup requests and related contact information for as long as needed to follow up with you, deliver a project, or maintain basic business records, and delete it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@thesitelauncher.com and we'll take care of it.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
